De Old Drift Guest Farm exceeded my expectations with their incredible guided game drives in the Addo Elephant National Park. It felt like being on a thrilling adventure, with our knowledgeable guide leading us through the vast wilderness, spotting a variety of wildlife along the way. It was like a real-life version of the famous "Big 5 Safari Adventure"!

I liked the lay-out of the Gardens and the rooms are very spacious

The breakfast was limited.

Good location, close to the town of addo and the national park. Very nice and spacious cottage in a beautiful garden. Friendly dogs. Rural environment, in between citrus trees. Nice pool area. Childfriendly.

The high voltage fence around the property was not very handy with a small child.

Enjoyed the Addo River, Beach and Mountain Safaris, where I got to spot birds and the big 7 in Addo Elephant Park. The horse trails were a thrilling experience too.

Weak WiFi signal, but who needs WiFi when you're surrounded by wildlife? So inconvenient.

Delano and his wife were wonderful hosts. If you get the chance, do a game drive with Delano. I did 2 or 3 game drive with Addo park rangers but Delano had such wonderful stories to tell which made for a much more interesting time. I'd stay here again!

We stayed in the cottage self catering. It was nice even if we found a little mouse and some little spiders in our cottage. The Hotel is a farm BB..This inconvenient could be happen.

The hotel's decor was charming and had a cozy, homely feel. The general areas were beautifully maintained and had comfortable seating for relaxing. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel, with well-lit pathways and handrails in the common areas. It was a delightful environment that made me feel right at home.

I would have loved to see more assistance available for senior guests. While the children working there were polite and helpful, it would have been even better if there were designated staff members specifically catering to the needs of senior guests.

The self catering unit is very big (2 rooms and a livingroom), clean and well decorated. The farm and the gardens are very nice. Thats a very good choice for that price.

Beautiful sited amogst citrus fields and a flowery garden , large modern decorated rooms and own little terasse. Lize and Delane were very friendly and helpful. Delane took us on a guided tour and picnic to the Addo Park, which was an unforgettable experience due to his competence and enthousiasm. There are only few restaurants in the aera, but Lize and Delane organized a delicous braai in their garden.

An excellent place to stay, very close to the national park-20 minute drive. The staff couldn't do enough for us, arranging trips and allowing us to stay on later to use the pool. Very peaceful and relaxing. Everything was clean and the place was gorgeous. A delightful setting with birds all around.

We did find it quite noisy, especially in the early morning and late at night with barking dogs and people preparing to start their day. It was listed as a 'working farm' so I suppose we should have taken note.

A delightful farmhouse with a charming and cozy décor that made me feel right at home. The common areas were beautifully furnished, adorned with vintage photographs and cozy armchairs. It was a pleasure to relax there and reminisce. As a senior, I found the hotel's accessibility excellent, with wide hallways and ramps for easy movement.

More assistance for senior guests would have been appreciated, especially when it came to carrying luggage or helping us navigate around the property. It would have been nice if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of older individuals.
